The United Way's Southwest Illinois Division has wrapped up its 2014 fundraising campaign, bringing in a little more than $1.76-million through a combination of public and private donations.   The goal was set earlier this year at $1.9-million, but organizers are celebrating what they deem another successful campaign.

The agency's Natasha Sakovich says the generosity of the community continues to be top-notch:

She says once the January gets here, they will begin the allocation process.  More than 90 cents of every dollar United Way raises goes back to the community.
