Illinois truckers will be learning about human trafficking, and how to stop it. It's one of many topics covered at this year's Illinois Truckers Association meeting in Springfield. Kendis Paris, national director of Truckers Against Trafficking, says it's a real issue in the United States, and truckers see it.

"A driver just the other day was offered a 15-year-old for $150 on I-20," she says. "I'd also tell the story of another driver who rescued a victim of human trafficking who was hitchhiking after she escaped from her captors." Paris estimates between 100,000 and 300,000 American children are at risk.
