A transition fair for special needs students is coming up at Alton High School. It is the third annual fair, and is geared toward parents of special needs children around the area, no matter where they attend school.
Robin Shawback is a Special Education teacher at Alton High School. She says there will be something there for all levels of need.

The fair will be held Monday, November 24 from 4-6:30pm. Agency presentations begin at 5:00. There is no need to register. Shawback says the first year they had less than a dozen people show up, but last year there were more than 60. There are over 20 agencies planning to attend as well.
