The City of Alton and the Village of Godfrey are partnering with the State of Illinois and the Drug Free Alton Coalition to present free B.A.S.S.E.T. training. BASSET is an acronym that stands for Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education and Training. The BASSET program is designed to teach sellers and servers of alcohol to serve responsibly and to stay within the law.
