The Nature Institute in Godfrey is hoping parents will remember them on St. Patrick's Day - the first day to register children for the 30th year of Discovery Day Camps. The camps begin in June, but representatives of the organization say you should sign up at the first opportunity coming up in a few weeks.
Assistant Education Director Patti Brown says the camps are open to anyone. For years, registration was been done on site at the Talahi Lodge, but has been moved to a different location for the past three years. She says downloading the registration form from their website and completing it ahead of time can make the easy registration process even easier, but you still cannot register online.
