Raise a glass to "TIME" magazine for rating Missouri as the best state in the country for drinking.  Yesterday's rankings were prompted by the 80th anniversary of the end of prohibition.  Missouri was cited for not having any open container laws and for allowing public intoxication anywhere other than schools, churches, and courthouses.

Nevada and Wisconsin finished second and third.  Utah, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania were considered the worst places to drink.
