Authorities are urging potential on-line shoppers to be careful when it comes to meeting people over the Internet.  St. Clair County State's Attorney Brendan Kelly says you should make sure you do your research and ask the right kinds of questions to protect yourself before interacting with someone in person.

The warning comes after three men allegedly robbed two Cahokia families after interacting with them on Craigslist. All three have been arrested and are being held on one million dollars bond.   The three were reportedly trying to obtain electronics and video games from the victims when the armed robberies occured.  Police arrested 17 year olds Ronnie Kidd Jr. and Javonta Lee of Cahokia; and 20 year old Donrell Stubbs of Belleville.  Each face four counts of armed robbery.
