A Highland teenager has been charged in connection with a bomb threat at the Wal-Mart store in Highland Monday night. 19-year-old Ryan M. Unger of the 100 block of Sunset Drive is charged with felony Disorderly Conduct for allegedly claiming a bomb was placed inside the store.
Unger and a juvenile were quickly identified and found on a nearby store parking lot, and taken into custody. The juvenile was not charged in relation to this case. No bomb was found and the incident was quickly ruled a hoax by investigators. Unger is being held on $20,000 bond.
