Madison County, The Heartlands Conservancy and the U.S. Corps of Engineers are inviting the public to two open houses this week to share information on the development of the American Bottom Watershed Plan. The open houses will be on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at the Pontoon Beach Village Hall and then on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at the Nelson Hagnauer Township Hall in Granite City.
