A 20-year-old St. Louis man charged in the shooting death of 23-year-old Tyler Hoppe on December 7 is still running from police, and the public is encouraged to call the authorities if they know where he can be found. Investigators continue to look for Larry Belk, (pictured) who is charged with three counts of First Degree Murder and Attempted Armed Robbery.
Belk's alleged accomplice, 19-year-old Nigel Generally of Berkley, Missouri, is facing the same charges. He was locked up a couple of weeks ago. Alton Police Chief of Detectives Lt. Scott Golike.
