One state representative doesn't think people should smoke in their cars if they have young kids with them. Marcus Evans says drivers should be more careful about exposing kids under 13 to second-hand smoke. He's filed a resolution urging people to stop the behavior. A resolution wouldn't make smoking in cars illegal.
But Evans says the state already has too many regulations so he didn't want to add another, plus he didn't want to impose fines on people while the economy is struggling.
