Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner will deliver the State of the State Address in Springfield today, but some area lawmakers seem unconvinced we'll hear anything new. The state has been without a budget for more than half of the past year, and that is weighing heavily on many of the social service agencies that are suffering financially during the current impasse.

Those things, according to Manar, are "Right to Work" legislation, repealing prevailing wage protections, and taking on collective bargaining.
