The woman convicted in the robbery of the Laclede Credit Union in Alton more than two years ago has been sentenced to 70 months in federal prison. 28-year-old Annalise McGhee of St. Louis was sentenced on one count of Conspiracy to Commit Bank Robbery and two counts of Bank Robbery. She was the getaway driver in the Alton robbery and a subsequent one in Altamont, Illinois.
Her accomplice, 39-year old Altonio G Graves, of St. Louis, Missouri, was sentenced last month to serve ten years in prison following his guilty plea. In both cases, Graves implied he was armed with a handgun. He wore a long, black women’s wig, a black hat, and a black trench coat to disguise his appearance. Once out of the bank, McGhee drove the car. They were caught following the Altamont robbery on February 26, 2013 when McGhee crashed while trying to get away from police.
