Once the first stage of repairs to New Poag Road are completed, Gvillo tells The Big Z the second stage will begin, resulting in the closure of New Poag Road from Illinois Route 3 to Old Alton Road. Another project is underway on Illinois 255. Both directions of traffic are going to be intermittently restricted between Illinois 140 to Seminary Road between 7am and 5:30pm now through July, if all goes according to plan.
