The Macoupin County Sheriff’s Department says the reward in a local murder investigation has been increased again. If you have information leading to the arrest and successful prosecution of the killer of 34-year old Cody Adams of Woodburn, you could receive up to $5,000.
The killing happened on New Year’s Day at a home in the 3,000 block of Edwardsville Street in Woodburn. Investigators are still following leads, but are looking for information that will break the case.
