Illinois Governor Pat Quinn is conceding.  Quinn had originally stated he would not throw in the towel until all the ballots had been counted, but made an about-face Wednesday afternoon.

He says he wants to work with lawmakers to raise the minimum wage before his term ends in January.  67% of voters said they support raising the minimum wage in Illinois to $10 an hour, and Quinn says he wants to make that happen.
