Governor Pat Quinn's approval numbers are the lowest in two years. A "Chicago Tribune" poll finds that 54-percent of voters disapprove of the way he is doing his job. Thirty-percent say he's doing a good job. The "Chicago Tribune" reports that is his lowest approval rating since 2010, when it was at 28-percent.
Quinn says he doesn't worry about poll numbers and that sometimes he doesn't make a lot of friends doing his job.
