Checking local police reports provided this morning to Z-1570, the Madison County Sheriff's Department broke up an alleged underage drinking party in the 4700 block of Fantasy Lane in Alton early last Saturday morning. 45 year old Angela Folbrecht of the residence was cited with six counts of permitting a violation of the liquor control act. Two minors were cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor, 18 year old Korey Folbrecht of the residence and 20 year old Patrick Cirillo of the 5100 block of Riverwood Drive in Godfrey. Four people under the age of 18 were also cited, but released to their parents pending action through the juvenile courts.
Saturday night, Sheriff's Deputies responded to the report of two suspicious vehicles in the 5300 block of Godfrey Road. Police arrested the driver of the one of the vehicles, 24 year old Terrance Miller of Black Jack, Missouri, for driving with license revoked. A passenger in the vehicle, 22 year old Diante Estall of Hazelwood, Missouri, was arrested for unlawful possession of cannabis.
Alton Police arrested and charged 34 year old Jared Henry of the 2100 block of Amelia Street with unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and on several outstanding warrants. Henry was arrested as the result of action by the Nuisance Abatement Task Force which was investigating the report of possible drug activity at the residence. According to police, five weapons were recovered from the scene, as well as illegal drugs.
East Alton Police were holding 40 year old Kurt Menzies of the 100 block of East St. Louis Avenue in East Alton, for possession of drug paraphernalia and intoxicated pedestrian. 62 year old Victoria Mitchell of the 600 block of Valley in East Alton, held for retail theft.
