Checking local police reports provided this morning to Z-1570, Alton Police were holding several new individuals. Lodged in the Alton jail this morning were 38-year old Michael D. Thomas of the 240 block of Madison Avenue in Alton for felony animal cruelty; 35-year old Kevin W. Pohlman of Carrollton held for felony DUI-alcohol and disobeying a traffic device; 23-year old Jemale L. Randle of Springfield, held for use of wireless device in a school zone, unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, obstructing identification, and on an outstanding warrant; 27-year old Christopher L. Wade of the 2500 block of Donald Avenue in Alton, held for possession of cannabis with intent to deliver and disorderly conduct. Also in the custody of Alton Police this morning was 19-year old James A. Dickerson of the 3300 block of Myrtle in Alton, held for unlawful use of a weapon; 42-year old Seven R. Ellison of the 520 block of Winkler Avenue in Alton, held for aggravated DUI-alcohol, 31-year old David S. Tallman of Wilsonville, held for aggravated DUI-alcohol, driving with a revoked license, improper use of registration, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle; 49-year old Ronald M. Singleton of the 1320 block of Central Avenue in Alton, held for criminal trespass to real property; 19-year old Kelsy A. Deardueff of the 310 block of Smith Street in East Alton and 49-year old Terry A. Keith of the 850 block of Washington Avenue in Alton were held on outstanding warrants.
