State and local police will be on the lookout for drunk drivers in these last couple of days before Halloween. Cops will be cracking down on anyone drinking and driving, not wearing their seatbelt or speeding through Halloween. It can be a dangerous time on the roads, according to many in law enforcement.
Alton Police Chief Jason Simmons tells The Big Z they will be beefing up patrols this weekend.
