A couple of interns that have been working at Pere Marquette State Park near Grafton have come up with some special presentations that will be featured this Saturday. One is a program that looks back on the history of the park, while the other has an anthropology theme. Both programs will be held at the Visitor's Center.
Beginning at 9:30am, Amy Docter (pictured, left) will help visitors learn how to identify animals based upon their bones and skins
Then at 11am, Julie Nelson (pictured, right) will take visitors back in time to look at the park and its many buildings and how they have changed over time.
For more information, call the park at 618-786-3323.
