While the pomp and ceremony are reserved for tomorrow, President Obama will be officially sworn-in for the second time today at a private ceremony at the White House.  The U.S. Constitution requires the President to take the oath of office on January 20th, so the Obama family and small media contingent will gather in the Blue Room at 11:55 a.m. Eastern time.  Chief Justice John Roberts will preside over both the private ceremony today and the public event Monday.  Today's event will be preceded by a wreath-laying ceremony at Arlington National Ceremony.
