The ability to watch cable television is not going to change if you are a Charter customer. A company spokesman says rumors that the service will go all digital at the start of 2013 are not true, and is not sure how the rumor started. But Jessica Hardecke, Senior Manager of Communications, says as more channels are added, some analog channels get moved to digital, and that will likely continue to be the case.
