There's been some localized flooding but no major crop damage as we hear in the weekly crop report. Rainfall was nearly an inch above normal this past week, boosting topsoil moisture levels to one percent very short, 74% adequate, and 17% surplus.

95% of soybeans are blooming, 81% are setting pods, and 80% are rated in good to excellent condition. One percent of sorghum is mature and 96% of oats have been harvested.
