A 20-year-old St. Louis man charged in the shooting death of 23-year-old Tyler Hoppe on December 7 is running from police, and the public is encouraged to call the authorities if they know where he can be found. Investigators continue to develop leads as to the whereabouts of Larry Belk (pictured), who is charged with three counts of First Degree Murder and Attempted Armed Robbery.

Belk's alleged accomplice, 19-year-old Nigel Generally of Berkley, Missouri, was arrested a week ago without incident in Downtown St. Louis. Generally is also facing three counts of First Degree Murder and Attempted Armed Robbery. Alton Police Chief David Hayes says Belk has eluded capture to this point.

Hoppe died of a single gunshot wound to the head. Each man has been charged with three counts of First Degree Murder and Attempted Armed Robbery. Generally was taken into custody without incident.
