A Bunker Hill man is facing charges after he was allegedly caught exposing and fondling himself at the swimming pool at Lewis and Clark Community College Monday afternoon. 57 year old David Wolf of the 200 block of North Lincoln is charged with felony public indecency and sexual exploitation of a child after police were called to the scene when other pool patrons reported the incident.
Authorities say a deputy spoke to witnesses at the pool, and campus security, about the incident and Wolf was taken into custody. Madison County Sheriff's Department Lt. Christopher Tharp says the charges are related to the fact that adults and children were at the pool when police were called:

Police do not believe there was ever any direct physical contact with any other person at the pool, but Wolf allegedly committed the same offense during a visit earlier this month and on several occasions in October. He is being held in lieu of $60,000 bond.
