The people who want to keep the air that you breathe in Illinois as clean as can be are concerned about a sequester.   Mike Kellong, director of the Healthy Air Campaign for the American Lung Association in Illinois, says he has a four-point legislative agenda, though points two through four circle back to the first: funding the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency “and with the ability of the EPA to conduct further research and have the resources they need to perform enforcement and just, really, that they are able to implement all these things without anyone attacking them on any front,” he said.
