One hundred fifteen people near Highland are splitting a one million dollar lottery win on the "Kiss Me I'm Rich" raffle. Each will walk away with at least 35-hundred dollars after taxes and Millersburg General Store owner Rhonda Rench says that goes a long way for some of the winners.
Owners at the store started a pool and sold shares for the tickets because many couldn't afford twenty dollars on a single ticket. They sold 200 shares at five bucks apiece. The store will get ten-grand for selling the winning ticket. Rench says they'll pump that right back into the business and hopefully add more jobs to the economically depressed area.
