The Commmunity Hope Center in Cottage Hills recently needed new boilers for its heating and cooling system, but the price was prohibitive. Enter a local contractor with the ability to get the job done at a greatly reduced cost and the desire to do so. Today, the staff at the Commmunity Hope Center is saying than you to the management at GRP Mechanical in Bethalto.
Commmunity Hope Center Executive Director Lyn Cloninger says they were in a pinch, but GRP and President Tom DeClue came to the rescue.
He says the boilers are of the 95% efficient variety, and that will also help save money. New boilers would have cost about $77,000 had it not been for GRP, according to Cloninger.
