Addressing a funding shortfall continues to be the focus of most lawmakers as they get ready to return to Springfield later this month as the 97th General Assembly continues. It depends on who you talk to as to what is the best way to address Illinois' budget woes. There is across the board agreement, however, that it is a topic that won't go away.
