The New Year is here and you've made your resolution, but how do you accomplish the goals you set for yourself without giving up too soon?  Jeanne Hansen, a mental health counselor with the SIU School of Medicine, explains why some resolutions are not likely to be successful.

Hansen says it's important to develop a strategy to accomplish your goal, whether it's to lose weight, stop smoking, or just spend more time with the family.  She says sharing your goals with other people could help keep you more accountable.
