Illinois Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. apparently hasn't been cleared to return to Capitol Hill. In a statement, Chicago Alderwoman Sandi Jackson says Jackson won't be going back to Congress until his doctors clear him. She was disputing a "Chicago Sun-Times" report which said the Chicago Democrat could go back to Congress whenever he wanted to.
Jackson has been away from Washington DC since June when he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. He's still running for re-election.
