Congressman Jesse Jackson, Junior (pictured) may face a possible jail sentence as part of a plea bargain for misusing campaign funds. CBS-2 says the deal would include Jackson's resignation from Congress, a guilty plea on the misuse charge, repayment of the funds and a possible jail term. Jackson has been accused of using campaign funds to decorate his Washington, D.C. home.
He may have also used those funds to buy a female acquaintance a 40-thousand dollar Rolex watch. Jackson was reelected to Congress last week despite spending several months seeking treatment at the Mayo Clinic for depression and a bipolar disorder.
