The free real estate clinic offered as part of the Third Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Committee's efforts has been expanded to include more people. The committee has decided to make its services available to anyone that would qualify for services through the Land of Lincoln Legal Assistance Foundation, which is 200% of the poverty level.
Judge Barb Crowder, chair of the committee, tells The Big Z that is a change from 125% of the poverty level.

Questions could range from those who needed advice to fill out quit claim deed forms to individuals being victimized by fraudulent liens. Appointments are held the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. For more information, call 296-5921.
