Fireworks are a part of the Independence Day Holiday, and this year is no different. For the past nine years, a big show has taken place over Bethalto at the airport, provided by Cornerstone Church. This year, the show takes place tonight at 9:15, with music, food and games on the airport grounds starting at 5:00.
Before the fireworks, there will be pony rides, bouncers, and other entertainment on the airport grounds. Senior Pastor Eric Scotberg tells The Big Z with the Hampel Family Circus at 6:30.

The Scott Air Force Band performs at 8:00. Food and drink will be for sale, and no alcohol or coolers are allowed. Free parking is available at the airport and you should enter at the Airport main entrance from Highway 111.
