The Godfrey Fire Department was joined by Brighton and Fosterburg firefighters in responding to what may have been a house explosion Tuesday night. Just after 10:30, crews were called to a blaze in the 700 block of Jackson Lane, which is off of Godfrey Road, behind Tony’s Ranch House. The property is considered a total loss.
Godfrey Fire Chief Erik Kambarian tells The Big Z it was the caller that was occupying the residence described to emergency dispatchers a possible explosion.
