Democrat U.S. Congressman Bill Enyart is still skeptical about a possible U.S. strike against Syria. The former Adjunct General with the Illinois National Guard says he doesn’t doubt Syria used chemical weapons on its own people but, the reality is the U.S. can’t go at it alone. He says the U.S. should make sure it has support from other nations before making a final decision.
Congress is supposed to debate the issue in the coming week. Enyart, of Belleville, says it’s too soon to know what the final vote will be.
