The Eagle Watchers Guide for the 2014-2015 season has recently been released, and we are already seeing the majestic birds return to the region, according to a spokesman for the CVB. Jong Cambron says there are plenty of places to watch the birds throughout the Riverbend, and with a nip in the air, the eagles are beginning their migration south.
He says a new app makes it easier to find out where the eagles are congregating.

He says if you are driving and see an eagle, use proper caution exiting the road and finding a place to park. There have been numerous stories over the years of eagle-watchers sporting one of the birds and whipping their car off of the highway, causing near misses behind them.
