The Madison County Health Department wants you to check your home for radon. January is Radon Action Month, and obtaining a home radon test is as easy as bringing $5 to the health department for a kit to hang in your home then send off to test for radon.

You can purchase the Radon Test Kit at the Madison County Health Department in Wood River during normal business hours for $5.
