A day after more than six inches of snow fell across the Riverbend, area road crews are watching the roads for ice.  Cold temperatures overnight will lead to some refreezing so use caution as you travel today especially on bridges, overpasses and around intersections.

Today will be more clearing of shoulders and intersections where needed for IDOT, while local and county crews will work on the secondary streets, neighborhoods and intersections.
