Beginning tomorrow (Monday), the courts in Madison and Bond Counties will conduct a survey to evaluate access and confidence in our local court system.  Chief Judge David Hylla is implementing the survey, which will enable the courts to measure and determine the quality of services provided.

The survey will ask questions grading how you felt your treatment was by various employees or departments, but Hylla tells The Big Z it will also dive into other territory.

The Chief Justice of the Illinois Supreme Court authorized the survey, and has stated it’s the court’s obligation to be accountable and provide justice in a fair, equitable and expeditious manner.  Hylla believes this might be the first survey of its kind in the nation.  You can take the survey at the courthouses in Edwardsville and Greenville.
