Madison County Board Chairman Alan Dunstan says he's disappointed in the decision to relocate the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency to North St. Louis. Dunstan had joined with other local and state leaders in pitching a plan that would have located the NGA to land adjacent to Scott Air Force Base in St. Clair County.
Dunstan tells The Big Z for him, the St. Clair County site would have been the logical choice.
