There’s been overwhelming support for tornado victims in Illinois. People have given water, food, and even provided shelter but at this point, officials say the best way to help is by providing a cash donation. They say that’ll allow disaster response agencies to purchase exactly what’s needed, when it’s needed. And as a reminder, anyone who wishes to volunteer in person should NOT go directly to the disaster scene.
