The Calhoun County Fair continues today and tomorrow in Hardin. The annual event features all the fair food, games and focus on agriculture that you'd expect, and this years theme is "Cruzin' Through Calhoun." Today features free admission for seniors between 1-5pm, the Little Miss and Mister Pageants and the truck pulls tonight.
Calhoun County Fair Board President Terry Strauch says the primary focus of the fair is agriculture and youth, and there will be plenty of 4-H exhibits at the fair which is open to any young person:

The Calhoun County Fair Parade is Sunday at Noon, with the demolition derby to follow at 2pm tomorrow. Kids age seven and under get in for free, it's $2 for kids ages 8 to 15, and $8 for those age 6 and older...which includes all the grandstand entertainment. Take the Joe Paige Bridge to Hardin turn right off the bridge and follow the signs.
