Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner has signed a bill that will allow Lewis & Clark Community College to sell alcohol at many of its functions. The state’s Liquor Control Act was modified to make the sale of alcohol possible, and the new law goes into effect immediately.
College President Dr. Dale Chapman tells The Big Z this will help the college better serve the public.
