A 29-year-old Pontoon Beach man has been sentenced to more than 21 years in prison as a result of his admitted cocaine dealing activity. Justin Wiley recently entered a guilty plea to one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute more than 5 kilograms of cocaine and one count of engaging in monetary transactions in property derived from a specified unlawful activity.
In the plea, Wiley admitted to purchasing cocaine from a supplier in Texas between 2006 and 2010, and distributed more than 50 kilograms of cocaine to various customers in and around Madison County. He also admitted to buying a 2007 Cadillac Escalade for $33,000 from a car dealership in Eastern Missouri using his drug money in May of 2010. In addition to the 262 months in prison, he will complete 5 years of supervised release, pay a fine of $1,000 and a $200 special assessment.
