EDWARDSVILLE - Metro-East Lutheran High School musicians participated in the Illinois Music Educators Association District 6 Festival recently, showcasing their talents in various ensembles.

The students representing MELHS at the ILMEA District 6 Festival were as follows:

Dean Hemmer - Senior Band - Trombone

Ganyn Krausz - Senior Chorus - Bass I

Rebekah Lindsey - Senior Chorus - Soprano I

Emilia Malcomb - Senior Treble Chorus - Alto II

Kaitlyn Peterson - Senior Chorus - Soprano I

Lorelei Schuler - Senior Chorus - Alto II

Josie Wright - Senior Orchestra - Violin

"We are so proud of all of these students and their accomplishments, and most importantly for using their God given gifts and talents to serve Him in all that they do!" the MELHS administration said.
