join us as we discuss the history of Hayner Library\, Alton’s haunting
s\, and talk “Ghosts 101” with the gang from Alton Odyssey Tours. Afte
r the presentation\, guests are welcome to stay and do some ghost hunt
ing! The event will start in the Genealogy & Local History Library and
end in the Downtown Library on Belle Street. Ghost hunting equipment 
courtesy of Alton Odyssey Tours and Hayner Library will be provided to
use during the tour. Feel free to bring your own as well\, as supplie
s are limited. You’re also welcome to check out Hayner’s Library of Th
ings for additional ghost-hunting gear. Registration is required. Plea
