Business Association for a day full of spooky fun for all ages around 
Jerseyville!\n\nShopping among JCBA participating businesses will kick
off the day at 9 am!\n\nAt 10 am\, grab your family or friends and en
ter the library's costume contest at City Center! We love seeing how c
reative everyone gets with their costumes\, and it's definitely a crow
d favorite event! Get to planning now for your chance to win CASH priz
es for best costume\, including group and pop culture categories!\n\nB
eginning at 11:00 am\, attendees can trick-or-treat throughout the dow
ntown State Street businesses (*until 12:15 pm*)\, enjoy a hot dog cou
rtesy of Royal Banks of Jerseyville\, make a craft with the Jersey Cou
nty Arts Council volunteers\, take a hayride\, jump on inflatables\, a
nd meet animals in the petting zoo. All of these activities are free\,
open to the public\, and available until 1:00 pm.\n\nIn order to full
y staff the festival\, the library building will open late at 2:00 pm 
on this date. However\, the festivities don't end there!\n\nGrab your 
gal pals and continue shopping at our amazing local shops\, enjoy lunc
h and spooky-themed drinks at our local restaurants\, and enter to win
a giveaway basket full of goodies from participating businesses! Shop
