aining program taking place March 24 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. alongside N
OAA\, the National Weather Service\, and Madison County EMA. The progr
am will be held in Cafe Dining Room A & B. \n\nBecome a trained storm 
spotter and learn the basics of thunderstorm development\, what to loo
k for\, how to report information\, and how to stay safe during severe
weather. Alton Memorial Hospital and Madison County Emergency Managem
ent Association are co-hosting a Severe Storm Spotter Training led by 
meteorologists from the National Weather Service and National Oceanic 
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).\n\nSnacks and beverages will be pro
vided\, and attendees will be entered into a drawing for prizes\, incl
